Jessie graduated with BSc (Hon) Physiotherapy in Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She pursued her Master Degree specialized in Musculoskeletal physiotherapy in the University of Melbourne. She acquired sufficient experience and knowledge after her graduation from working in both private sector in a clinic and Hospital Authority.Then she moved on and further fostered her career in working in the Hong Kong Sanatorium and Hospital for 7 years.

 

The relationship of pain, body movement dysfunction and body biomechanics is intricate. Jessie has always been baffled about it and developed a special interest in solving this intricate problem. As a certified Pilates and GYROTONIC® instructor, she always provides innovative and functional exercises program to address patents’ needs. She has attended various courses emphasized on joint motion dysfunction and cervicogenic headache organized by renowned experts namely, Dr. Shirley Sahrmann and Dr. Dean Watson, to strengthen her clinical skills.

 

Jessie adopted the private hospital clinical method of all time one therapist to one patient approach. This method equipped her to offer detailed assessment, accurate diagnosis, effective treatment and detailed understanding of the patients’ problems and needs. Jessie believes that the use of combination of manual therapy, western acupuncture and therapeutic exercises effects in sustainable clinical success on back and joint pain and post-surgical rehabilitation.

 

Apart from alleviating the patients’ pain and restoring joint and body motion, Jessie ensures the clients would enjoy every physiotherapy session.
